Shipping & delivery

Orders are shipped quickly, safely and worldwide via reliable carriers such as PostNL and DHL – both within the Netherlands and internationally.

Important notice about possible delays

Some PostNL and DHL distribution centres are currently experiencing processing issues. As a result, orders may be delayed within the carrier’s network.
Once the order has been dispatched, a Track & Trace link is automatically sent by email so you can check its current status.
Please note: delivery times and transport schedules are determined entirely by the carrier.

Delivery options

1. Delivery to an address of your choice – within the Netherlands or internationally.

2. Free collection from our store or a collection point – ideal for those who want certainty and an affordable option. Once the order is ready, you will be notified by email or phone.

Stock and processing

• In stock: Once payment has been received, the order is immediately prepared for dispatch. Delivery takes place on the next delivery day or on the date chosen by the customer.

• Out of stock: We will contact you personally to arrange a suitable alternative or delivery date.

Track & Trace – stay informed

After dispatch, the customer automatically receives a Track & Trace link by email. This allows the shipment to be tracked in real time until delivery.

Not at home when we deliver?

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the driver will try to deliver the parcel to a neighbour, or a second attempt will be made on the next working day.
After two unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be delivered to a nearby collection point. The carrier will notify you by email or via the Track & Trace page.

Check your order on arrival

We recommend checking your order for any damage or discrepancies immediately upon delivery. Please report any issues within 48 hours so they can be resolved quickly.

Thoughtfully packaged, with care for the planet and a passion for cars

We love cars — and our planet too. That is why we do not throw away perfectly good packaging materials. Boxes, cardboard and plastic that arrive at our premises are given a second life.

This means your order may not always arrive in a shiny new box. You might recognise another logo or notice some signs of use. Rest assured, though: the contents are carefully packed and well protected, just as you would expect.

We deliberately choose to reuse materials, because less waste means a better future. This way, we take good care of your order and the world we drive in. 

Shipping costs

 We charge shipping costs. These cover the carrier’s charges, packaging and administration costs. We ship orders via DHL and PostNL. Collecting your order yourself from our branch in Elst is usually more economical.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands

You can choose the following shipping option:

Shipping with advance payment via iDEAL, bank transfer or PayPal.
Standard parcel 1-30kg; 7,95 euros per order *
Standard parcel 1-30kg including additional insurance; 19,95 euros per order *
*(Large parcel from 30kg or larger than 160 cm; 36,95 euros per order, including insurance 46,95 euros)

Shipping costs outside the Netherlands – worldwide!

Shipping outside the Netherlands is only available if your order is paid for in advance. Payment can be made by bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard or PayPal
